Compassionate mental health therapist dedicated to helping others heal from anxiety, trauma, and navigate life’s daily challenges with confidence.

Hello, and welcome! I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor serving clients in North and South Carolina (soon to add Illinois). I hold a Master’s degree in School Counseling, Higher Education Counseling at the College Level, and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am also a Licensed Educator and School Counselor (K-12) in North Carolina. My diverse professional and personal experiences have shaped me into the therapist I am today, and I take great pride in that journey. I believe that true well-being is multidimensional, with mental health serving as a vital foundation for overall wellness. Having personally experienced the value of therapy, I feel honored to support others as they navigate their own healing and growth. While diversity in mental health remains limited, I encourage clients to ask questions to ensure therapy feels inclusive and respectful of their unique experiences. I’m committed to fostering a safe, welcoming space for all. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I integrate EMDR, biofeedback, and therapy techniques (like Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Experiencing techniques to name just two) to support children, teens, and adults. My areas of specialization include: trauma, PTSD, Complex PTSD, anxiety, life transitions, and stress management. To make therapy more accessible and flexible, I offer virtual sessions for clients throughout North and South Carolina (and soon to add in an ability to see patients in Illinois!).
