We provide evidence-based interventions and focus on treating the whole person.

I approach treatment from a strengths perspective, and I believe that pain is progress and I want to help you move through the pain, whether it be from grief and loss, current stress, or past hurts. I address each session with unconditional positive regard and I want you to work in a therapy setting where you feel safe and supported. I enjoy offering psychoeducation and helping clients learn about themselves, affirming personal values and setting boundaries. I use evidence-based strategies and I will work with you to set goals to meet you where you are at. I have worked in behavioral health with youth and adults for many years in a range of treatment settings from schools, youth rehabilitation, to outpatient addiction treatment. My degree is in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling. Dynamis serves all clients age 6 and up and offers individual, couple, and family counseling. At Dynamis we promote authenticity, professionalism, and compassion. I work under supervision of an LPC to ensure that I am offering the best possible care to you! Nice work taking the first step in empowering yourself through therapy! I am looking forward to meeting with you!
