I am a Clinical Psychologist who welcomes the opportunity to assist individuals, couples, and families in overcoming whatever hurdles life sends their way. I have experience with providing therapy for people from all walks of life, ages 4 and up. I have gained extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression, relationship problems, trauma, bipolar disorder, and more severe concerns in individuals across the age span. I believe in challenging clients to build on natural coping mechanisms and tools for navigating challenges by learning and practicing new skills and engaging in self-exploration. She uses various evidence-based treatment methods in therapy, based on the needs of each client. She often pulls tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and utilizing Play Therapy techniques with children.
