Lane Ingram
(He/Him/His)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
I absolutely love helping people with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationships. I've been in private practice in Austin for over 10 years.
Now in network with UHC and Blue Cross Blue Shield. I am a therapist, cancer survivor, child abuse survivor, feminist, activist, a great-grandson of immigrants from Mexico, a husband in a queer relationship, a doggo dad, and a comedy performer. I help people with anxiety, imposter syndrome, relationships, ADHD, depression, family stuff, career issues, and big life changes because those are the same things I've struggled with. I'm here to listen and help. Not to judge. Let's get you empowered, laughing, and having fun again. I love working with LGBTQ+ clients and people of color. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, Gottman couples counseling, mindfulness, and the therapeutic benefits of humor. I'm Mexican-American, grew up in the Dallas area, and I'm a graduate of the Second City comedy theater in Chicago. My wife Chloe and I have been together for 21 years and we have 3 rescue chihuahuas! If you love vinyl, Severance, or basic human rights, we should be a great fit! Shoot me a quick email and we'll get started.
