Kylie Godfrey

My focus in the therapy space is to create a trusting therapeutic relationship where I can fully understand an individual’s needs and their story so we can work to create the changes they want in their lives together. I believe in working with an individual to help them solve their own problems while giving them the space to be themselves and find their own path forward. I use a variety of modalities including a trauma-informed cognitive behavioral approach (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and person-centered interventions. I am experienced in helping children, teens, and adults with issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, self-harm and suicidal ideation, sexual offending and addictions, and other mental health concerns. ​
