Hello and welcome! My focus is working with STEM students but anyone can reach out. I look forward to working with you.

I received my MSW in social work from the University of Pennsylvania, BS in computer science and mathematics, BA in economics, and MS in applied mathematics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I interned at Hall-Mercer Community Mental Health Center and Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals in Philadelphia. I love what I do at Merak Health, which is to help my clients live better lives. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, school work, time management, imposter syndrome, trauma, etc., please don't hesitate to reach out to me. You don't have to do this alone. In therapy, I tend to draw from a variety of modalities, including ACT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, mindfulness, and others. Prior to my career as a therapist, I was Director of Transfer Programs in the College of Engineering and Associate Dean at Tufts University in the Boston area. During my free time, I enjoy long hikes in nature and trying foods from all over the world.
