At RFC, we use trauma- informed practices to help you heal from past experiences and find hope for the future.

I believe that connection is a basic human need. When connections are strained or limited in our daily lives, we may feel alone and hopeless. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to help individuals build confidence and hope within their lives. I bring my whole heart and my whole self into your session without judgment. I use a trauma- informed, strengths- based approach to guide you in digging deep and exploring the connection between past experiences and current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Memories and experiences are stored in our body and I use sensory based interventions such as mindfulness, meditation, and cueing into your body sensations to bring clarity toward a path of healing and peace.
