I look forward to meeting you. I have been in private practice since the pandemic started in order to provide a customizable experience to my clients. I approach treatment from a realistic and strength based perspective, use evidence-based strategies, and will meet you where you are in your process. We will work together to help you get to a place where you are happy and feel at peace. Clients of all backgrounds and identities are welcomed in my practice.
