Hi! I'm Kruti. College can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to listen, support, and help navigate life’s challenges & wins.

I am looking forward to meeting you! I have been in this field for over 20 years. I want you to know you don’t have to go through this alone. College can be overwhelming, and it’s okay to feel stressed or unsure. I’ve worked with high school and college students for years and understand how important it is to have someone who truly listens. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel comfortable sharing whatever’s on your mind. Whether you’re struggling or just need someone to talk to, I’m here for you. Reach out anytime—I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges and find balance. I am a DBT therapist as well as a Trauma professional and work with many diverse clients and various issues. If there is a specific challenge you're facing that I may not be an expert in, then I will help you find a therapist that may be a good fit. I can also help you find a therapist in your home state if needed for continuity of care.
