Kristina Stamm

Making sure my clients have a voice and advocating for their wellbeing is my main goal. Whether you are seeking services for yourself or your child, I hope to be a part of that growth process. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, and I especially have a passion for working with middle school aged children and elderly folks. I have a great deal of experience with depression, anxiety, identity issues, trauma, and life role changes. My methods of therapy include cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and relational cultural therapy. My counseling technique focuses on respect, empathy, creativity, empowerment, and collaboration. I work to establish strong therapeutic relationships with all my clients, in hopes that they will learn how to advocate for themselves in their own relationships.
