I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in integrative medicine, nutrition and somatic therapies for trauma and mood disorders.

We all face mental and physical challenges, grief, relationship issues, and unexpected changes from time to time. I am here to assist you by treating you as a “whole” person. The mind, body, spirit, and environment influence total personal wellness. When these pieces work in harmony, you can overcome life’s obstacles while becoming the best version of yourself! We will collaborate to customize your wellness road map, so you can continue with your life's journey with purpose and meaning. I am one of very few clinicians with a Certification in Integrative Medicine & Nutrition for Trauma Treatment. I have tools and resources for you if you want to reduce your reliance on medication and use other natural forms of healing, including culinary arts, herbal medicine, yoga, breath work, somatic therapies, supplementation and detoxification. In order to get the quickest response, please send an email. Reach out today! A more meaningful and healthy life is waiting for you!
