Growth is a difficult and hard process, but I am here to help people navigate themselves through that journey.

I have been working as a therapist in the MFT (Marriage and Family Therapy) community for about 8 years. I first started working in agencies in the Wichita community. For the last 4 years, I have been in private practice and enjoy the flexibility that gives me. I always look forward to meeting new clients who are willing to do the hard work to make changes in their lives. Therapy is such an insightful tool that help people grow. One of the things that I really admire is watching clients in their own process of confronting themselves to make needed changes in their lives. If you are ready to start that process, I would love to help. I practice a more in-depth form of treatment and look at how trauma and family have impacted brain wiring that is creating issues in people's lives.
