I’m so glad your here, seeking healing and support. I have many years experience working in in-patient and out- patient setting, helping people managing symptoms of depression, anxiety and other mental health. Much of my experience has been working with people who are recovering from domestic violence, and narcissistic abuse and childhood trauma. I will work with you in a client-centered, trauma focused approach to help you explore your inner workings to help create the life they are envisioning. I am trained in EMDR, and certified in brain spotting and can help process past or present trauma to assist in healing and remove barriers that keeps you stuck.
