Helping women build trust, set boundaries, and create healthy, fulfilling relationships.

Hi, I’m Kristina. Do you often feel drained, unseen, or anxious in your relationships? Perhaps you find it difficult to say "no," struggle to set boundaries, or find that trust feels out of reach after past hurts. If you feel like you’re constantly overthinking or walking on eggshells, I want you to know that you don't have to navigate this alone. I help women break these cycles and rebuild a foundation of self-trust. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply relational. By integrating evidence-based techniques like CBT and attachment-focused therapy, we’ll look beyond the symptoms to understand the patterns keeping you stuck. In our sessions, you’ll find a space where you are heard, respected, and never judged. Together, we will develop practical tools to help you stop people-pleasing and start feeling grounded, secure, and empowered in your life and love.
