Our practice takes an integrative approach, which means treatment is tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, background, and lived experience. Our clinicians draw from evidence-based and holistic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Art Therapy, and Nutritional Therapy.
