(She/Her/Hers)
National Certified Counselor (NCC), Pre-Licensed Professional
1-1 therapy for college students and other adults living with eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, phobias, relationship issues, and gender/sexuality concerns
Hello! I work with clients struggling with anxiety, phobias, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, eating concerns, mood disorders, and family/relationship issues. I also work with the LGBTQIA+ community and support clients with concerns related to gender identity, relational issues, trauma, and discrimination using an intersectional approach. My approach to therapy is strengths-based and uses a blend of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I help my clients engage with the present moment through mindfulness and make daily choices guided by their personal values in order to live full, happy, and healthy lives. I also use Exposure and Response Prevention to help folks with a variety of anxiety disorders build tolerance to the things they fear and get their lives back. I feel honored to sit with my clients and celebrate their wins while they face (and overcome) some of life's biggest challenges. I can't wait to connect with you!
