(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
I focus in my work on trauma healing and nervous system regulation, as well as spirituality and awakening.
I believe deeply in the wisdom wired into our systems, and through my own training and exploration, have learned how to support those I work with in tapping into this wisdom. When we do this, our healing path becomes much less effortful. Our bodies and psyches already know how to unravel themselves, and how to heal. This we can trust. I focus in my work on trauma healing and nervous system regulation, as well as spirituality and awakening. I weave in extensive knowledge of the body, the psyche and the mind, and the nervous system to support those I work with. I hope to leave each client with a solid sense of wholeness and a feeling of deep love for themselves. This is our birthright, and it is a joy to be able to offer it to others.
