It will be my privilege to assist and guide you on your therapeutic journey. Engaging in therapy can be frightening, but the result can be extremely rewarding. I offer a safe, supportive, confidential therapeutic environment. As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor (LCADC) in New Jersey, I work with individuals, couples, and families and offer recovery-supportive group therapy. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, and substance abuse. Our work is a team approach between the therapist and the client. We will set new goals together and find ways to achieve them. My focus is solution-oriented, and I employ a variety of widely researched and effective therapeutic approaches to achieve success in our work. My goal is to help you develop a greater capacity to enjoy life and live well.
