It will be my privilege to assist and guide you on your therapeutic journey. Engaging in therapy can be frightening, but the end result can be extremely rewarding. I offer a safe, supportive, confidential therapeutic environment. As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor (LCADC) for the state of New Jersey I work with individuals, couples, families and offer recovery supportive groups therapy. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, and substance abuse. Our work is a team approach as a therapist and client. We will set new goals together, and find the ways to achieve them. My focus is solution-oriented, and I employ a variety of widely-researched and effective therapeutic approaches to achieve success in our work. My goal is to help guide you in developing a greater capacity for enjoying life and living well.
