I am passionate about normalizing mental health care and increasing access to high quality treatment for all individuals.

I am passionate about normalizing mental health care and increasing access to high quality treatment for all individuals. In my personal time, I enjoy learning new skills and hobbies and consider myself a “serial hobbyist,” as I enjoy many different activities. One of my favorite quotes that demonstrates my perspective on therapy is the following from Albert Einstein – “Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.” I have experience with CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I primarily work with individuals managing mood and personality disorders, executive functioning disorders such as ADHD and ASD, and grief and trauma responses (PTSD). I work with children, adolescents and adults.
