My goal as a PMHNP is to help individuals achieve overall mental wellness by providing continuity of care using a holistic approach.

My name is Kristi. I am a married individual and a mother to one daughter. I possess over 15 years of nursing experience and five years of specialized experience in psychiatry services. I place a significant emphasis on the unique experiences, needs, and ethical considerations of each individual when developing a client-centered approach. My sub-specialty, acquired through extensive experience and clinical practice in the field of eating disorders, enables me to address the underlying causes of these disorders while promoting the enhancement of overall self-image. Furthermore, I have developed expertise in providing psychiatric services to veterans, drawing from my own experience as a veteran of the United States Army Reserve Nurse Corps. I prioritize the establishment of healthy boundaries and the cultivation of a constructive relationship with food, integrating nutritional guidance with therapeutic services. Although I possess particular sub-specialties, I am committed to serving clients of all ages throughout the lifespan, deriving great satisfaction from this diversity.
