Kristen Speer

As a therapist for over 20 years, I have an array of experience (personal and professional!) that will be beneficial for you during a difficult time. I'm a University of AR alum and 30+ year Fayetteville resident so I have first-hand knowledge of living, going to school, and working in this area. I love working with people who are struggling with all levels of anxiety and depression. I also enjoy supporting healthy relationships and navigating unhealthy ones. I'm trauma-informed and trained in EMDR to help us get to the root of present issues. I'm LGBTQIA+ affirming, extremely open-minded and non-judgmental, and secular.
