I'm a trauma-informed therapist who specializes in working with anxiety, adjustment to life transitions, and attachment-based processing. I work with clients to both address immediate concerns and support in deeper processing to address root causes of pain. I takes a holistic approach to care, integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy, attachment theory, and interpersonal neurobiology to meet the needs of each client. I'm a master’s-level social worker pursuing licensure as a licensed clinician social worker (LCSW).
