I'm a registered, board-certified art therapist and licensed professional counselor who's been working with clients of all ages in Philadelphia for over a decade, and am now the founder of Artful Explorations Therapy. Clients come to me for support in navigating through a range of issues including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, adjustments, divorce, grief/loss, behavior difficulties, depression, and anger. I meet clients where they are and help them engage in the creative process of making art as a way to express themselves, increase insight, spark change, make connections, and develop coping and problem solving skills. I am accepting new clients in-person and also offer telehealth sessions.
