I'm so glad you're here. I help clients struggling with depression, relational concerns, trauma, or those who are looking to gain a better understanding of themselves. In session, I am warm, affirming, and full of respect for you and your process. While there may be tears, there may also be laughter. I offer a gentle push in order to make change. I have received specialized education in trauma and have completed a 3 year post-graduate training program in Gestalt therapy.
