Im a relational therapist that specializes in developmental trauma and the family dysfunction of addiction. I affirm and celebrate all people.

Hi! I offer holistic psychotherapy for body and soul. Im a relational therapist that specializes in developmental trauma and the family dysfunction of addiction and other disordered personalities. I use Compassionate Inquiry, Relationship Recovery Process, somatic awareness, IFS, and ACT to support you in reclaiming the Self you had sacrifice in an effort to survive. I will help you tell your story in a way that makes sense of all your symptoms and illnesses, you will learn to give to yourself what you needed and never received, you will open up to your unique and sacred gifts and you will learn how to use your body to process and release the trauma and repressed emotions that unconsciously keep you stuck and disconnected from your truth.
