I work with individuals managing the daily realities of ADHD, living with chronic illness, and navigating life transitions of all kinds.

I believe that at our core, we all want to feel connected, valued, and understood. When we feel discouraged or disconnected, challenges like anxiety, low self-esteem, or unhelpful patterns can emerge and make it harder to see our own strengths. I see therapy as a place where you don’t have to have everything figured out; where we can sit with the hard parts, explore the experiences that have shaped you, and work toward a deeper sense of meaning, belonging, and self-acceptance. I feel honored to walk alongside people as they reconnect with their courage, rediscover their voice, and create lives that feel more authentic & fulfilling. I bring experience from working in therapy and neuropsychological assessment settings with individuals across the lifespan. I support clients navigating ADHD, chronic illness, executive functioning challenges, life transitions, and more. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, helping you reconnect with your values, resilience, and growth. I am in the midst of my doctoral program and currently operating under licensed supervision. This means I have the opportunity to provide supportive, evidence-based therapy while continuing to grow as a clinician. If you're looking for a compassionate space to explore your experiences and build new skills, I invite you to reach out!
