It's important to find a therapist that you feel comfortable working with during your healing journey. Some of us may be facing life challenges that are difficult, causing us to feel hopeless. Others might be feeling grief and anxiety. I aim to meet people where they are in life and offer a safe environment to heal deep-rooted pain. I have found that by helping clients find the words to label their experience(s), they can gain new perspectives, develop self-compassion, and live life more freely in the present moment. When you come to visit, we will take things at a pace you set. I am a person-centered therapist who believes authenticity is the key to a successful therapeutic relationship.
