Warm, evidence-based therapy for anxiety, trauma, relationships, and personal growth in a supportive, collaborative space. I welcome all individuals.

I’m Kimberly, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC); Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)-and founder of ZOLA Mental Health. At ZOLA Mental Health, healing begins with relationships. My mission is to provide a compassionate, judgment-free environment where you can explore challenges, build self-awareness, and develop the skills needed to create meaningful change. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Adlerian psychotherapy. This approach helps you understand how early experiences, life patterns, and core beliefs shape emotions, relationships, and daily choices. This collaborative, client-centered approach emphasizes insight, encouragement, and a sense of belonging. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Trauma-Informed Therapy to address the mind, body, and environment as interconnected parts of well-being. These individualized strategies help you build insight into your core beliefs and behavioral patterns, teaches emotional regulation skills, challenges unhelpful thinking, and reduces vulnerability factors. 🌿Small steps can lead to big changes!
