I seek to help people create better relationships with others through individual, relationship, or sex therapy. I look forward to helping you understand and re-write your story to gain better relationships. I am also trained in EMDR, which can help us get at some of the deep rooted trauma affecting you today. I provide couples and EMDR intensives. I provide a safe space for clients to talk about the most difficult challenges in their life: depression, anxiety, and challenging family and relationship dynamics. I am an affirming therapist for people of all sexual identities and genders. I offer online therapy across Ohio and have 13 years of experience. I work with teens, adults, and seniors, addressing issues like anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. I accept a wide range of insurances, including Aetna, Cigna, and Medicaid, and offer flexible payment options like sliding scale and out-of-pocket.
