Kimberly Christian

I am passionate about helping people find hope and healing. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and I have over seven years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from varied backgrounds and cultures. I have additional experience working with individuals and families who have experienced trauma and much of that time has been working with survivors of sexual abuse/assault. My goal is to help individuals process their experiences and reach adaptive and healthy resolutions so they can face the future with confidence. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and have observed it to be the most successful with clients who have experienced trauma. I also have experience working with Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and I am certified in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and Adoption Competency.
