Hello! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 18 years of experience working with people of all ages and walks of life. I love working with young adults and have successfully helped many improve their quality of life and navigate difficult situations. I have a lot of experience with depression and anxiety issues, women's issues, performance anxiety, substance issues and addictions, trauma, grief, and faith based issues. My specialty is working with relationship issues. I want to help people discover and start living their best life.
