I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in North Carolina. I work adults with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, parenting concerns, life transitions, trauma (including domestic violence), spiritual growth, impacts of oppression based on marginalized identity, relationship issues, and exploring intersectional identities to create an authentic, confident sense of self. As a woman, I understand what it's like not to feel seen or heard in spaces. I am dedicated to using my experiences and skills to help support you. As a telehealth provider, I can provide more convenience and comfort to help you get started.
