I value the importance of a healthy spirit, mind, and body and providing a non-judgmental space to help foster your authenticity and growth.
I am an intern counselor working towards my Master’s of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Health Science from Grand Canyon University and have previously worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As an RBT, I learned how to create therapeutic relationships, abide by ethical standards, and utilize constructive feedback. I have also co-led young adult Bible studies/small groups and in my freetime I enjoy volunteering, working out, and spending time with family and friends. I grew a passion to counsel others through my own experience with mental health and realizing that we can find freedom through our pain. I value the importance of a healthy spirit, mind, and body and providing a non-judgmental space to help foster your authenticity and growth. I’d, therefore, love to walk alongside you and help you take your first steps toward healing.
