Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. I discovered my passion for mental health at a young age, fascinated by the brain’s ability to rewire itself and create new possibilities for healing. That curiosity led me to explore holistic wellness and the connection between mind, body, and spirit. As I began my own healing journey, I experienced firsthand how powerful inner work can be and I knew I wanted to help others experience that, too. I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. I'm trained in EMDR, a powerful approach that helps process trauma and reduce emotional overwhelm. I also work with couples as a Prepare and Enrich facilitator, helping partners improve communication and strengthen connection. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply grounded in trauma and attachment theory. I believe healing happens in safe, supportive spaces where all parts of you are welcome. Whether you’re facing anxiety, grief, life transitions, low self-esteem, or relationship struggles, I’ll walk alongside you with empathy, curiosity, and care.
