Hello, I'm Khalif, a therapy provider with a diverse background, having worked across intensive inpatient hospitals, residential , partial hospital, and intensive outpatient levels of care before establishing my current private practice. My experience comes working with Eating disorders, Addiction, People struggling with Trauma, phobias, Anxiety, Men's issues, being more assertive, establishing boundaries, school burn out, and provide skills to better regulate Emotions and deal with distressing situations. At the heart of my practice is a strength based perspective, creating a calm and approachable environment where clients feel empowered to explore their journey to well being. I bring empathy and warmth and a variety of coping skills to our sessions tailored to your unique needs. Utilizing evidence-based strategies such as DBT, EMDR, CBT, and Trauma-informed care, I am committed to providing effective and personalized support.
