My passion is rooted in working with individuals who may find themselves faced with life challenges of depression, anxiety, and trauma, as well as cultural specific barriers faced in the Black and POC community. Although my primary way of helping others address these hardships is through a cognitive and behavioral approach, I believe integrating techniques catered to the individual is optimal for change. Additionally, I believe our mental health is interconnected with our physical and spiritual well-being. Therefore, my focus is to help my clients align those elements for improved overall health. I enjoy helping others embrace their power. One of the most impactful ways to do that is a change in thought process. It has such a significant impact on the way we react and the type of emotions we feel. I'll walk on that journey with you, offering a safe environment that encourages exploration and growth.
