I specialize in anxiety/depression, relationship, and adjustment issues. I offer evidence-based therapy to help you overcome challenges.

My clients are generally adults who are navigating a range of life, emotional, and/or relationship challenges. My approach is geared towards resolving immediate concerns as well as personal growth to deal with challenges the future will bring. People require unique, tailored solutions for their specific situations. By focusing on lifestyle, faith, activity, community, values, and wellness, I help clients achieve and maintain life changes. It isn't easy, but it is worth it. Overcoming obstacles starts with taking that initial step. I'm here to guide you through the counseling process. Don't hesitate to contact me for more information.
