We are an integrative group practice on Pennsylvania's Main Line, with offices in Malvern and Wayne, and online therapy available throughout the state. Our team works with college students, graduate students, faculty, and staff who are managing the realities of academic life: anxiety, burnout, depression, ADHD, identity questions, relationship stress, sleep disruption, and the pressure of figuring out what comes next. What makes Cornerstone different is the depth of what we offer under one roof. Our team includes therapists, psychiatrists, psychological testing providers, biofeedback and HRV training specialists, and a nutritional counselor. That means a student working on anxiety can also get an ADHD evaluation, a medication consult, or learn nervous system regulation tools without having to coordinate care across four different offices. Faculty and staff have the same access, with appointment times that accommodate teaching schedules and academic calendars. Our clinicians take an evidence-based, collaborative approach. We use therapies like CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and mindfulness-based work, matched to what each person actually needs rather than a one-size approach. We work from a strengths perspective and treat the whole person, not just the presenting symptom. We accept most major insurance plans, including Independence Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, Highmark, UHC, and Medicare, and we offer in-person and online sessions seven days a week to fit around classes, exams, and full work schedules.
