Kerry Paksoy

I am licensed in mental health (LCMHC) as well as substance use (LCAS), with 14 years experience providing counseling services in North Carolina. My practice offers individual therapy and assessments for adults, seniors, and young adults dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief, and more. In session I do a lot of talking. Perhaps too much, even. When at all possible, I offer practical strategies and skills you can use outside of sessions. Though I draw from a number of therapeutic disciplines, I am first and foremost a solution-focused therapist and am a fan of humor. I accept various insurances and self pay clients.
