A holistic mental health clinic focusing on the treatment of mental health through supporting relationships, attachment, and self-awareness.

Our clinic has over 25 providers to meet with you for individual, couples, family or developmental and medication services. We are a low cost clinic with several payment options. We offer in person or virtual services or a combination. We offer evening hours as late at 9pm for many providers and allow you to decide who is apart of your care. We have therapists trained in a variety of modalities to meet your needs including but not limited to CBT, DBT, Gottman couples therapy, Brain Spotting, Polyvagel, Structural family therapy, EFT couples and family work and many more. We specialize in thinking about your care through a relational lens which allows you to think through your life and the relationship resources and pain you have encountered and to find healthy relationships and family dynamics. Our team is diverse and dynamic to meet your needs.
