I specialize in working with students, graduate students, post-doctorate, students. I work with anxiety, overwhelm, depression, burn out, stress, relationship issues, life changes, and provide coaching around professional next steps. I have worked extensively with women navigating male dominated fields, as well as supporting people in their work/life balance while in graduate school or working on their doctorate degrees. I do not work with eating disorders, personality disorders, or severe mental health issues. I am happy to have a phone call to see if we are a right fit.
