I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma. HAES® aligned, trauma-informed, & create a safe and inclusive space for everyone.

I am looking forward to meeting you! I have experience working in a variety of settings before beginning to work in outpatient therapy, and am familiar with supporting with a variety of challenges including eating disorders or disordered eating, body image, trauma, anxiety, and ADHD, especially in women. I use a direct, empathetic, and compassionate approach while tying in Neuroscience to help find a way for my clients to feel like they are able to live their best, most authentic life.
