Kelsey West
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
I work with clients of all identities and backgrounds and am excited to support you through many of life's challenges
I am so excited to meet you! I have background working in a variety of different treatment settings with several populations of people before coming into private practice. I am passionate about supporting folks through anxiety, ADHD, eating disorders or challenges with eating and body image, self-harm, trauma and more. I primarily practice from a relational therapy approach, and aim to make sessions feel comfortable and conversational. I generally have a direct, empathetic approach and like to give feedback, while working together to find the therapeutic skills and modalities that feel best for you, as it's your therapy session and I want you to feel supported and capable as we talk about whatever feels most important to you.
