Life can throw curve balls and it can feel scary and lonely. I want to be there for you so you feel supported and confident.

I specialize in working with teens, adults, and couples. I believe that attachment and connection is the most powerful emotion in humans, which makes me passionate about working with relationships. Along with relationships, I am also passionate about working with teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, ADHD, grief, and trauma. I am trained in various modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT),Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Gottman Method. However, I understand that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I use an integrative approach unique to each client’s individual needs. I am also trained in working with couples who are preparing for the decision to marry by being a PREPARE and ENRICH Facilitator. I believe everyone deserves to have a safe and judgement free zone to process their feelings, thoughts, and experiences. Everyone has a right to ask for help. I would be honored to assist you on your journey of accomplishing your goals and creating lasting changes. Along with providing therapy, I am an AZBBHE approved supervisor. I enjoy assisting my clients with their goals as well as assisting intern and associate therapists meet their career goals.
