I'm passionate about helping clients achieve their therapy goals. I achieved my Master’s in Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA, and have been practicing as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) since 2013, in various outpatient and residential settings. I consider my therapeutic approach as “eclectic” and draw upon multiple theoretical orientations and techniques, including behavioral and person-centered therapy. My therapeutic approach can help patients in dealing with anxiety, depression, eating & personality disorders, trauma, and many other issues. My relatable and “non-judgmental” approach includes developing a trusting clinical alliance early on in the treatment process with my clients.
