I have experience and passion for working with adults (18+) and couples on a variety of concerns including: Anxiety Self-Esteem Interpersonal Distress Sex and Sexuality Life Stressors Depression I approach mental health from a holistic perspective. I believe mental health concerns can be addressed from multiple angles to provide maximum support. For my role, I hope to provide a safe space for clients to share and process their experiences. We will work together to develop tools and strategies to fit your unique needs to empower your authentic self.
