La Jolla Therapy Center specializes in empirically supported, evidence-based treatments for teens and young adults with anxiety/OCD and depression.

I'm Kelly! Thank you for checking us out. I'm a licensed therapist and the director of La Jolla Therapy Center. We are passionate about supporting college students as they rediscover their spark for life. We help teens and young adults who struggle with anxiety gain the confidence they need to put themselves out there and build healthy relationships, without being stuck on their phone all day. Despite being bright, academically high achieving, and able to seemingly balance it all, life is still hard. You may be stuck in a relentless cycle of never feeling “good enough” and can't stop comparing yourself to everyone else on social media. That is where we come in. We specialize in empirically supported, evidence-based treatments for college students with anxiety/OCD and depression. Reach out today, La Jolla Therapy Center is here to help you get back on track. We have a culturally diverse group of therapists, with therapists identifying as Chinese/Taiwanese, Mexican-American, and Middle Eastern. Sessions are offered in Mandarin, Spanish, Arabic, and English. Kelly McCullough is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, offering individual and couples therapy in San Diego and via telehealth. With 10 years of experience, Kelly provides therapy for children, preteens, teens, and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Sessions are available in English, Spanish, Mandarin, and Arabic. In-network with United HealthCare, Kelly offers flexible payment options, including sliding scale. As an LGBTQ ally, Kelly supports neurodivergent individuals and people of color, and provides post-hospitalization care for severe depression and self-harming behavior.
