I take a holistic approach to each individual and customize a treatment plan that is unique to your needs. In addition to medication and supplement options, I focus on creating a safe space for my clients to voice concerns and improve self-healing and self-value. Greater success and reward have been found in the outpatient setting, where I am able to provide continued support and see my patients grow, heal, and reach their goals. I feel the mind, body, and soul need to be balanced, so supportive therapy and accountability are essential to mental health and overall well-being.
