Counselor
Every day is a chance to start over.
Our sense of self isn’t shaped solely by personal experiences; we also carry trauma passed down through generations. Many enter adulthood feeling burdened by challenging memories, stress, or persistent patterns that are hard to break. Trauma appears in subtle, often hidden ways, yet past experiences don’t have to define us. With the right support and a positive narrative, you can build resilience and reclaim your story. Imagine being able to say, “I broke the cycle so future generations are free from this burden.” I bring extensive experience working with individuals and families facing complex trauma, allowing me to take a creative, outside-the-box approach to therapy. My specialties include anxiety, depression, anger management, grief and loss, parenting challenges, PTSD, and complex trauma. Your therapeutic experience will be uniquely tailored to you through a holistic approach, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Theory, Transgenerational Therapy, and Expressive Arts Therapy. I look forward to supporting you on your healing journey!
