Kelly Albright
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Supporting adults with anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and trauma through CBT, DBT, and ERP. Gain insight, build skills, and work toward meaningful change.
I specialize in working with adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma, and relationship challenges. Whether it’s managing anxious thoughts, navigating the complexities of ADHD, or addressing OCD through evidence-based practices like exposure and response prevention (ERP), we’ll work together to create a plan that fits your unique needs. My experience spans school-based mental health clinics and hospital settings, supporting children, families, and adults. I combine approaches like CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness to help you build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and feel more in control of your life. This is a space where your voice is heard, your experiences are validated, and your growth is the priority. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths, empower you to tackle challenges and work toward meaningful change—at your pace. I strive to provide a warm, collaborative environment where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, deepen self-awareness, and create a path forward that aligns with your goals and values.
