Committed to providing mental health care for clients and couples of all backgrounds.

I'm a holistic, psychodynamic therapist who believes each person is complex and multifaceted, and capable of growth and healing. As your therapist, I will sit with you in big feelings, hard truths, moments of clarity, and pockets of joy and laughter. My style is relational, meaning that I value connecting with clients on a deep, human level to help you cultivate insight and understanding. Whatever you might be navigating, my goal is support you in building greater self-understanding and creating lasting change. I am committed to upholding multiculturalism, creating a safe space that supports BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. I provide psychodynamic therapy, and I value the power of the therapeutic relationship for creating trust and vulnerability. I believe in recognizing each person’s strengths as a starting point for growth and healing. We can incorporate play and art therapy, nature outings, somatic techniques, and parts work into our sessions—whatever makes sense for you. Together we can explore your goals for therapy and I'll tailor my approach to meet your needs. Life has many twists and turns, along with some moments of stillness. I believe healing isn’t about “fixing” ourselves, but rather understanding our stories, reconnecting with ourselves and others, and feeling empowered enough to grow and blossom.
